We offer complete start to finish service, leaving the premises EMPTY & broom clean
· Organize, sort, clean, stage, price, advertise and sell contents of the residence or business, out buildings and any vehicles. Our job is to find the buried treasures.
· Research and evaluate most item including vehicles to price at current market value.
· Price at current area market value with a focus on maximum proceeds generated during a 2-5 day sale. We also use the internet venues for more valuable items.
· Provide friendly, helpful customer service.
· Handle all bookkeeping.
· Dispose of any remaining items through with house left in empty, broom clean condition.
· We do it ALL at competitive fees.

Our 2-3 day, full sales are beautifully staged to display the contents of the property at it's best. All items are cleaned, tagged and priced at competitive realistic prices for the area of sale. We provide friendly customer service and checkout accepting cash and credit/debit cards. Our extensive advertising draws people from a wide area and we have a large following on Facebook and Instagram. By also utilizing on-line sales, we maximize the proceeds of your sale. At the end, we leave the property empty and in broom clean condition as no extra cost. Not only are our fees competitive and reasonable for this complete service but we will travel to conduct sales.
If a full sale does not suit your needs, we also offer total liquidation of your property, still leaving the it empty & broom clean. For this service, we charge an hourly fee per person. We try to sell as much as possible during a one day pickers sale which helps to offset the labor cost.
We also do complete buy-outs - everything on the property - and again leave all empty and broom clean. Or if you only have a select amount to sell, we also will do select buying (picking)which means we will select the items we can use purchase but do not clear or clean.
