In September 2014 Carmie Kenny of CK Estate Sales managed our estate sale in Lake Forest. Carmie was hands on from the begening to end of the event. She knows the business well, has a network of good contacts in getting the word out for an event taking place, a competent and sufficient number of staff to oversee the sale, a good knowledge of the market value of household items and how to move those items. Carmie's bilingual capabilities brought an unexpected and additional service to our event. It enhanced th ease of our sale because of Carmie's competentcy in addressing questions and handling transactions for some of our shoppers.

Carmie conducted a house sale for us in Kenilworth over the 4th of July weekend in 2016. We were very pleased with the proceeds of our sale and Carmie arranged to have everything that was not sold picked up and transported to a local charity for it is resale shop. In June 2016, our family was dowsizing our home in Lake Bluff, Il in preparation for a move west. We engaged C. K. Estate sales of Lake Forest, Il to work with us on a moving sale. Carmie and her team were professionaland organized, and managed our three day sale with great care for our home and belongings, Carmie is knowledgeable about the Chicago market and valuaton of household goods and furniture. Carmie was very good in hadling our estate sale June 23/24/17 in Lake Bluff. She and her staff did a wonderful job of pricing and displaying the contends of the house.
