We take the guesswork out of the entire estate sale process. This is what you can expect when you contact us:
After your initial call, we will come and survey the estate with you. This visit is free and we will evaluate the contents, ask and answer questions, listen to your concerns and offer solutions. We will also let you know what our commission rate would be based on the condition of the estate.
When you have made your decision and signed the contract you can step away and let us set up, research and price the estate. Our sales are usually 2 days and you can expect your check within 5 business days after the event.
