My Treasure House  conducted liquidation sale on-site .

Accountability - we are one of the only Estate sale professionals in St. Louis to provide a full disclosure of your sale. We never impose restrictions when it comes to your accounting. No exclusions - No conditions! This means accounting for all sale transactions so you know exactly what your items sold for.


Advertising - we take care of all advertising; local and online advertising, website advertising, newspaper print ads, signage on major local roads.


Management - we personally conduct and manage all the appraising, preparation, organization, presentation, research, merchandising and marketing of your sale;


Permits - we obtain required permits, if local municipalities mandate, for the sale.


Security - we provide security, customer assistance, and crowd control during your sale;


Clean Up - we will supply you with various options on how best to disburse or dispose of the remaining content. As an adjunct, we will supply you with the packing and removal option for the remaining items, consign remaining items for you, or you may choose to keep the items left. There are many options available for your peace of mind.

 We do take a 40% commission of the gross sales. The balance less cost accured for the sale is yours.
