I have owned Budget Box, being only the 3rd owner, for around 30 years. I have been certified as both an appraiser and auctioneer. Additionally, I have taught adult classes in “How to Value Your Items” and “How To Conduct an Estate Sale”.

With mixed feelings we retired our brick & mortar store in September 2016 for more flexibility to schedule sales. I believe my greatest testament is that two customers who attended the closing sale were at the Grand Opening 75 years earlier- one a 3rd generation consignee & the other a 3rd generation buyer. Many of our store customers are also loyal repeat estate sale customers so our sales are well attended !!

We charge no upfront or hidden fees and no deposit is ever required. An advantage to a partner that works with you on percentage (instead of a minimal charge) is that every attempt is made to sell as much as possible, using any method possible, during the sale.
