Estate sales are a way of liquidating the belongings of a family or estate. These are usually much larger than garage or yard sales. Estate sales are used to sell items in situations such as downsizing, divorce, moving, bankruptcy, or death. During the sale, the public is invited into the home and given the opportunity to purchase priced items. Under some circumstances the family decides to keep items, if this is the case then these items will be marked Not For Sale. All items within the home will have a sticker price tag, while larger items such as furniture will have an index card so you can pull the card off (claiming it as yours) and continue shopping!
Most Pink Lady sales will take place on Saturday and Sunday. All items will be full price on Saturday, while on Sunday all items will be half off. We take cash and cards, including Google and Apple Pay. No Checks!
Sales will typically start at 9 am. An hour before the sale starts 8 am, line numbers will be set out, these are first come first serve. Each person needs their own line number. You do NOT have to have a line number to enter the sale, you will simply just enter after everyone with a number has entered the house.
