Before choosing Wright Estate Sales, I communicated with three other companies in the Newnan area. My mom had just died, I was in a dark place, and I felt as if I needed to connect with people on a human (not just a business) level. My mother was very attached to her things, and the prospect of letting them go was painful for me (and logistically terrifying). Erika and David, team behind Wright Estate Sales, were both immediately kind, compassionate, and engaged.

Once the process began, Erika, David and team hit the ground running. They're extremely hard workers, creative and thorough. They're also steady, thoughtful communicators: they asked questions, tested ideas, and kept me abreast of everything that was going on. There was so, so, so much to be done, and I was completely overwhelmed. When they took over, it was like magic. There was a vast amount of stuff. Vast is too small a word for how much stuff there was. I was also in a lot of debt, having paid for my mother's care and all her expenses for years. I needed to believe they could work exhaustively to try to find options for placing as many sellable things as possible.

As they were preparing the sale, they filled several boxes with personal things they thought I might not have noticed and might have wanted to keep (I did!) After it was over, they took care of the donation and/or disposal of anything still remaining in the house, leaving it broom-clean, needing only a light touch-up before I turned the house over to the landlord. As I type, they're continuing to work to find different web venues for things that would most likely sell online. They've been prompt with payment, and extremely transparent. Their records are meticulous and clear.

Not only are Wright Estate Sales genius at what they do, they're also just as caring and compassionate as they seemed to be from the get-go. Erika was dedicated to doing my mother proud, and to making the process rewarding for me, emotionally and financially.

You were always available to take my calls or answer texts and emails. You were willing to take on a huge job when no one else would! I had complete trust in you and that allowed me the space to spend my time and energy on other aspects of getting Dad's house sold. You took a gigantic burden off my back! Let me start by saying that we couldn’t be happier with our experience with Wright Estate Sales.

Our situation was different in that our site was not conducive to a lot of traffic, so a sale open to the public was not our best option. We had already met with other estate sale companies and online auctioneers who were unable to help us when we learned about Wright Estate Sales. We talked with Erika about our situation, and although she most often conducts traditional onsite estate sales, she put together a plan that worked very well for us. She used her experience and contacts to make our sale a success. Her knowledge and professionalism are matched only by her personable nature. She was ready with suggestions and was available to talk things through so we could make a plan together that worked for our family. We owe the success of our sale to Erika and were extremely pleased with the experience.

WOW! What an awesome experience. Erika and staff did a wonderful job arranging everything from marketing to post sale clean up. I am so thankful I used Wright Estate Sales and would highly recommend them. Erika and her entire team were incredibly helpful and professional. They were able to take a difficult and emotional task and make it as painless as possible. The sale itself had lots of traffic do to her excellent advertising and was very successful. After the sale Erika gave me great advice on the avenues I could take with any remaining items I wished to take care of on my own.
