We arrange, price & conduct Estate & downsizing sales in Gainesville & Sarasota areas. I have a large staff, some who have been with me since 2001.
Most sales last 2-4 days but some are just 1 day--depending on the quantity of items.

We begin our set up once the home is not being lived in & you have chosen and removed things not to be sold. If there are items not able to be removed before the sale we can cover them or put a note on them that they are Not for sale. If you are able, Please mark them as NFS (not for sale) or move them into any room which the public will not be allowed to enter.

We work on a sliding scale depending on the value of the items sold & at completion of your sale, you will receive an itemized list of everything which sells and amount for which it sold.
I bring a contract when I come to see the home. There is no obligation or fee for our visit to come see.
I own an antique shop run by my family & me, so nicer items which do not sell at the estate sale can go to my shop if I have room.
I am also a “power seller” on ebay with 100% positive feedback since 2003. After or during a sale I occasionally list items on eBay which I think would sell more easily there.
I have a special knowledge of vintage jewelry--costume & fine, as well as glass & pottery. Since I have been doing estate sales & owner of an antique shop since 2001, I have a bit of experience with most things.
