Liberty Estate Sales specializes in conducting professional sales for estate liquidations and household reductions. Using our experience, knowledge, attention to detail and care for your personal and household items, we will conduct a professional sale for you, liberating you from this often overwhelming task.
We customize our sales to the needs of the home owner. The client's individual needs are supported by our competent and experienced staff with integrity, respect and special attention to the client's home, household items and cherished heirlooms.
A free consultation and evaluation is provided for all our clients. All items are offered in a pleasing arrangement and displayed to their best advantage for salability. All specialty items are researched using our extensive reference library to realize current market value. At the end of the sale, we can arrange for a charity donation of remaining items at no cost to the client, which may include a written itemized tax deduction statement for the client depending on the charity of choice.
Liberty Estate Sales continues to work for the client after the sale has ended. Trash is properly disposed of after the sale and we can arrange for a final clean out and disposal of unwanted items leaving the home clean, awaiting the new homeowners.

found Liberty Estate Sales on the internet and called to liquidate my mother's home. What a nice job they did. They are a full service company. They have a team that came in and arranged the whole house. They took items out of drawers and organized them. Washed crystal so it was sparkling for the sale. Washed towels and floor rugs to be clean and nicely displayed for sale. They moved furniture so it was more appealing for a sale and for ease of the customers walking from room to room. They have an extensive mailing list and advertise on various websites. They placed an ad in the local newspaper too. The marketing really brought the buyers in. The day of the sale there were people lined up at 6:45am for a 9am opening!!!! They thought of everything. They notified the neighbors in advance so they were aware of the traffic and any adjustments they had to make in their day to not be inconvenienced. They had big, bright, bold signs to bring people to the sale. The signs in the street for parking were nicely displayed to help the traffic flow. The owner, Gary, would help people load their cars, trucks, vans and golf carts. Every detail was handled to perfection. Over the two days they sold almost every item we had, even those we thought would never sell. They told us all the little things add up and they surely did. After the sale, they had a team come in and clean out the house. They took donations to the local charities. Swept and cleaned the counters. Gary and Joy were a pleasure to work with. They are professional, kind and just nice people! If you need an estate sale I recommend Liberty Estate Sales LLC.

They made a difficult thing a very positive experience for clearing out the contents of my mom's home when she had to move. I had initally reached out to a couple of different companies and couldn't be more pleased that we went with them. Taking the time to walk us through the process and answer questions to share their knowledge and insight was a great help. The care they invested in the prep and staging for the sale made us feel they they honored the history of our treasures while communicating realistic expectations. Just a great team that really knows their business with our items being posted on multiple sites resulting in hundreds of buyers turning out to a great success. Gary and Joy made a difficult task manageable and took the time to talk to my mom and share comments they had received in the sale to make her feel her items were valued and wanted.
Donation of remaining items after the sale way was absolutely the way to go for us. They stayed and oversaw that process so that the house was empty within a day. The house was swept and cleaned and we had nothing more to do.
