About the process

·         Please do not throw anything away!

·         Remove the items you wish to keep

It'll be sunny (we hope)! Temp 2221.

·         We meet and walk throughout the home

·         Sign agreement

·         Home is staged and priced

·         Sale begins 2-3 days 9am-3pm

·         After sale clean-up, what’s left (per agreement)

·         Your check and inventory report will be mailed to you with 5-7 business days.    It’s that easy!
