Serving Marion County, Florida and surrounding areas we provide several types of sales:
An on-site estate sale where items are inventoried, photographed for advertising purposes, priced and the public is welcomed on the day(s) of the sale to look at each item, pay and remove items.
A "Picker" or "Discovery" sale where the public is welcomed on the day(s) of the sale to pick through items "where they are" and the final price is negotiated and the items removed.
An online estate sale in which the items are inventoried, sold individually or broken down into larger lots and photographed. Each lot is then auctioned with a starting price, generally $5.00, higher priced items may have a higher starting price.
