This is a family owned and run business. Magnolia Corner has been in the business for over 30 years. I have been a Sr. V.P. of a local bank and then retired to get into the estate sale and appraisal business. My son who is a pastor is also a USPAP certified appraiser and enjoys the people side of the business. Up to this point we have never advertised. We receive all of our business by word of mouth.
