BJ Brock started All Saints Episcopal Church’s Thrift Store almost 20 years ago. We were bringing estate items into the store when I heard of an estate sale in homes school Estate Sale Training & Certification: Lynne O'Keefe Estate Sale School Gainesville, Florida
I suggested we go and learn how to do this. A few sales were done for the Thrift Store then the CPA’s of the church were concerned about how IRS would look at this endeavor. Our priest suggested that the four who went to the school start an estate sale business which we did. Shorty after I realized that there is a difference between volunteers for a church and business partners. My professional standards and community standing were not the same as some of the partners so I decided to leave the company. Some of the former partners and workers over the years have since joined my current company. When my husband died and I moved and used my company I realized how great a service we are. Listed later are our Estate Sales Services.

I was a real estate broker and taught affirmative marketing, fair housing for Lakeland Board of REALTORS. During my business career I also have volunteered for the following organizations in the Lakeland Community.
ABWA -President, Vice president and everything except secretary. Women of the 1986.
Lakeland Chamber of Commerce- membership drives. Ran daily credentials for two Miss Teen USA and Miss USA contests at leaders’ request.
President’s Round Table – First female president
Polk County Builder Association-served as Associate Council Director and had many chairmanships.
During my retirement I am currently with or have volunteered for the following organizations:
All Saints’ Episcopal Church. I am a member and have served as: a lay Eucharistic Minster, Altar Guild, ECW president and other chairmanships. Started children’s Fall Festival.
All Saints’ Episcopal Church Thrift Store & More-I am most proud of being founding chairman and Executive Director of the Thrift Store.
Sandpiper Golf & Country Club Community-Director on founding Homeowners Association Board and set up all activities. Also served on Property owners Board of Directors. Resident since 1987.
Polk Senior Games- Board of directors
City of Lakeland- Attended first Citizens Academy, Citizens Police Academy. Chosen by a city Commissioner to fill his place on Lakeland’s Citizens Advisory Board.

We can make your Estate Sale or moving worry free by letting us do it all for you!! The best way to use our service if you are able, is to take what you want out of your home prior to letting us come in and do all the rest. Just pack up any personal or sentimental belongings that you want and move them with you. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY. We can sell most everything left in your home.
WE WILL
SORT: by pulling everything out and grouping “like kind” items together
PRICE: we will take every item tag, and research item(s) that are needed for sale to obtain a fair market value price.
DISPLAY: We will bring in our own tables, tablecloths, labels, signage, cash register, credit card machine etc., and properly display your items.
SELL: I have a large, professional team to call upon to conduct your sale and I advertise on EstateSales.Net, Facebook and others to let our customers who want to know of our Estate Sales. I will also state if your home is “for sale” (or rent) and will list by owner or the name of your realtor as a contact source. Homes have been sold because of our Estate Sale!
AFTEE SALE: The site be “Broom Clean” (excluding pianos, organs, old large TV’s & Desks) and I will send you a check within 2-3 weeks along with number sales receipts and spread sheet that was done for you personally. You will not need to pay for any services prior to Estate Sale except if a dumpster is needed to remove damaged items and/or excessive cleaning.
