I can't say enough about how amazing this operation is. I called Jamie from where I live in Pennsylvania and told him I had interest in an item that was featured in the current auction. Jamie was quick to assure me we would figure out a way for me to participate. He was more than willing to go out of his way to keep in contact with me during the whole process. After bidding over the phone and winning the item, the lovely Robin Presley was delighted to help me complete the transaction properly. To my surprise, my item was shipped faster than I expected. Robin and Jamie made sure I received the tracking numbers as well. My items arrived FAST and I was a happy man. Even though this was done over the phone, I feel like I made two great friends. As a man from Pennsylvania I have not had much experience in the south, but now I know the true meaning of "southern hospitality".
