Our Policy for a 3 Day Estate Sale

Start your day with a discount...During COVID-19 will have a sign-up list at the front door. Please print your name, your arrival time and your cell phone number. Since we are only allowing 10 people in the house, as one exits, we will call your name according to the time of arrival. If you want to wait in your car, we will text you that your name is up next. Friday and Saturday 8AM - 9AM we will offer a 10% discount.

There will be NO Early Sign-Up. Start your day with a discount...Upon entry into the sale, you will be given an Early Bird Discount coupon for 10% off your purchases from 8:00 A.M. - 9:00 A.M. the 1st day of the sale.

We will be taking precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.  If you have a temperature or don’t feel well, PLEASE, DO NOT ENTER OUR SALE and possibly cause someone else to get sick.  We will have a Hand Sanitizing Station at the front door.  Please use it upon entry.

Depending on the size of the house, we will limit the number of customers per our  Virginia guidelines.  For our sale the weekend of August 14th, 10 people will be our limit.  As one exits, we will allow one to come in.  We will have a staff member at the door to ensure we stay in compliance of our guidelines.  If you must bring a child with you to the sale, PLEASE keep them at your side during this difficult time.

FACE COVERINGS/MASKS will be REQUIRED while attending our sale.  No face covering or mask, No entry into the sale.  It’s your right to not wear a mask or face covering in our sale, but it’s also our right not to allow you to enter our sale.

Social Distancing will be required in order to maintain safety.  We will place markers throughout the home as a reminder.  Please use caution.

As a precaution, there will not be any public restrooms available during the sale.

Our Check-Out Area will be cleaned following every customer.

The home will be cleaned regularly with disinfecting wipes on door knobs and hard surfaces.

PLEASE USE CAUTION If you suffer an illness, an auto immune disorder or have concerns, we will understand if you do not attend.  Please think of your health and the health of others.

We will continue to provide our safest and best methods of protecting our customers, staff and clients.
