Cash or bank cards. Checks must be pre-approved by us PRIOR to bidding and drawn on a Virginia bank.
There is a 15% buyers premium, discounted to 10% if you pay in cash on the personal property. 6% buyer's premium on the real estate. You may pay at the time of auction by most any bank card, cash or pre-approved check.
Be prepared to pay Virginia sales tax on your purchase even if you live in another state. If you are sales tax exempt, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to present your exemption form. Selling "AS IS-WHERE IS" and all sales are final. There is no warranty on anything we sell by the Auction Company or seller.
Bring your own packing and boxes, help to load larger purchases, and tools and wheel carts to dismantle your purchases to carry away.
We are Auctioneers, we are not Authenticators. We do our best to describe a certain lotted item based on experience, written information, family history, our own research, etc. It is ultimately your responsibility to determine what an item is, its value and the intended use or repurpose use. We sell "AS IS - WHERE IS".
The Auction Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The Auction Company may bid on behalf of the seller or its own behalf. Additionally, any employee may bid on items they may wish to own for themselves.
