OUR POLICIES:
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, Social distancing will be a priority. Masks will be required following CDC and VDH guidelines for proper usage. No exceptions. This is for everyone's safety. We will have hand sanitizer available.

To abide by the Governor’s requirements for the number of patrons, we will need to limit the number of people in the home to 10 at a time.

During peak times it may be necessary to set a time limit of 30 minutes to ensure everyone has an opportunity to shop.

We will have some boxes but suggest bringing your own.

NO VALUABLES LEFT ON PREMISES.

• We do not release prices prior to the sale
• No advertised items will be sold prior to the sale
• We accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards. 4% convenience fee on all card purchases
• No rude behavior! (or you will be asked to leave)
• Please handle fragile items with care - customers are responsible to pay for items they break!

Parking in this private, upscale subdivision is for pickup only so you will need to park on Doe Run Rd. We will have our “Guber” driver shuttle you to and from the home on Village Way. Or, you may opt to take the short stroll of about 2-3 blocks to the sale location. Admission will be limited to no more than 10 people in the home at any given time. Masks & Social Distancing are required per CDC & VDH guidelines. You may call 434-665-6915 to reserve your place in line or simply line up to be admitted on a first-come-first-served basis. Those with reserved numbers will be allowed entry first.
