Sale Terms & Conditions ***** We will follow the COVID-19 Protocol. Yes, this means you must wear a mask and stay six feet from your fellow bargin hunters ***** You come at your own risk for this event as we cannot be responsible for accidents.
Cash or bank cards. Checks must be drawn on a Virginia bank. Addresses on checks must line-up with ID.
We sell locally. This means be prepared to pay Virginia sales tax on your purchase even if you live in another state. Selling "AS IS-WHERE IS" and all sales are final. There is no warranty on anything we sell by the MCR&A, LLC or seller.
Pick up is Saturday 9 AM-3PM. This is important as the house has been sold and we must make way for the new owners. Bring your own packing material and boxes.
WE DO NOT SHIP! If you require shipping you must handle this yourself. There are many quality shippers in the area. We recommend The Packaging Store. The owner Rick and his crew do a good job. PHONE: 540-772-0999.
We are estate sellers and not Authenticators. We do our best to describe a certain lotted item based on experience, written information, family history, our own research, etc. It is ultimately your responsibility to determine what an item is, its value and the intended use or repurposed use.
Mountain City reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PICK UP MY ITEMS?
Sale lots not pick-up at the arranged time will be considered abandoned. We understand things happen and you may have to make arrangements. You need to do this ahead of time. Our client is expecting payment therefore, we must and will collect.
