Terms of Sale: Virginia Sales Tax collected. Cash accepted. VISA, MC, AMEX accepted with 3% convenience fee. No checks accepted.
Property sold AS-IS, Where Is. NO REFUNDS. Not responsible for accidents. Please be careful going through the home and the garages-this home is jam packed! Announcements at Estate Sale take precedence over all other announcements. Items may be added or removed at the homeowners' discretion.
Entry will be Sign-up Sheet which will be out by 8:30 AM each morning. (Note-this is a change from original admittance guidelines.) There will be TWO lines for entry. The FIRST line will be for the main home two floors. The SECOND line will be for the basement and four garages. Payment will be made at each place before admittance to the other line. Please be patient, as our goal is to allow everyone an opportunity to get inside to shop.
Please bring help to lift any items over 20 pounds. Please bring your own packing materials. Items to be removed at conclusion of Estate Sale unless arrangements have been made for later pick-up. No large tote bags, handbags, or back packs. No food or drinks. No pets, please.
Estate Sale Held in Compliance with CDC Guidelines and 25 individuals allowed indoors, excluding the staff. Please maintain 6 feet Social Distance. Please wear a mask. Masks and Hand Sanitizer provided upon request.

This large three story home with a four car garage was built in 1918 and is a Time Capsule of everything Richmond and everything Virginia! Photos will be added as we sort and organize everything! Please CHECK BACK as we are steadily going through each room and the basement!
The family lived in this home nearly 50 years, so there is a large accumulation of items. They have many fine decor items, as well as several sets of fine china, crystal, and collectibles.

POSTED BOAT PHOTOS:
1979 Eldocraft 14 foot boat with Sears Trailer. Additional photos of the boat and the boat seats, etc. This boat has not been in the water in years. Not sure if it runs. NOTE: The trailer is on the tire rims, the tires are dry rotted. There is an extra set of tires that is available for the Buyer of the boat-they will be part of the boat purchase at no additional charge. WE DO HAVE THE TITLE FOR THE BOAT AND TRAILER.
