We will not give out prices over the phone or by email before the sale.
Clients can and sometimes do remove items from the sale. We will do our best to update photos and post items that have been removed.
Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over any advertisements written or oral.
Please be thoughtful to those around you. No bad behavior will be tolerated.

Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
We reserve the right to restrict the number of shoppers in a venue at any given time.
Doors will open at the published time, not before.
WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECKS WITH PROPER I.D. We have a Square and can accept credit/debit cards. We do not change a fee for this service.
All sales final. Everything is being sold as is, where is, with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees. NO REFUNDS ON ANY ITEMS. Be sure to examine items closely and carefully before you pay for them. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order.
We are not responsible for accidents. Sale attendee assumes all risks occurring before, during and after the sale, including injury by any cause, and releases the property owner, Stellar Estate Sales LLC. and their representatives and agents from any and all claims.
Though we do try to provide for your convenience, we invite you to bring your own bags and packing materials!
Buyers are responsible for removal of large items purchased by the last day of the sale, unless a prior arrangement has been made. Bring your own help as our employees usually do not help load large items. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
Prices are NOT negotiable the first day of a sale, but discounts will occur over the course of the sale after the first day.
Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.
