Good Evening Friends! Thursday is the start of the MASSIVE Onsite Estate Sale! Here is a reminder of the address and times and a few important notices. This will also be the last posting of pictures before the sale.

Things to remember: 

1. This is a CASH only sale.

2. All sales are final. 

3. No earlybirds please. 

4. All items must be removed by the end of the estate sale Sunday 

5.Please no tag switching or stealing (unfortunately I have had quite a bit of this lately) It is a very illegal thing to do. 

6. The estate nor myself are Not responsible for any accidents or injuries, enter estate at your own risk (THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT) 

7. No price haggling

Saturday-all items 25%off! 

Sunday- all items 50%off!

8.Bring a friend, or share with your friends. Help me liquidate this families estate! 

9.All pre-purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale, or you forfeit your monies paid and your items. (DUE TO TIME RESTRICTIONS FINISHING UP THIS ESTATE, THIS IS YOUR REMINDER FOR FOLKS THAT HAVE PREPAID FOR A ITEM) Thank you 

10. This sale is the contents of the home, Basement and 10 Outbuildings. 

11. Due to the size of the house and how much stuff is in the home we will take 25 people in the home at a time! So first 25 folks at the door will be allowed in first, no numbers will be given. 

12. Prices are as marked unless color coded

Color Codes are as follows; 

Pink $2.00

Yellow $5.00

Orange $10.00

Green $15.00 

13. Remember this is someone’s families home, and sometimes some of the family members work the sales with me, so please be respectful and polite. 

14. If facing the house parking will be to the right of the house in the field, it is roped up and signs will be there to show you where to park. Please don’t walk or park outside of the roped off areas. 

15. In the outbuildings there are some smaller unmarked items and lumber, please bring to Angela for pricing. Again remember to be careful in the outbuilding as well as we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any accidents or injuries, ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. 

16. There will be several folks working the sale please feel free to ask for help or questions if you have any.
