All sales are final and no refunds, returns or exchanges. We reserve the right to inspect bags. Items are "as is, where is". PLEASE BRING SOMEONE TO HELP LOAD LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS. Dominion Valley Estate Sale

 

HTG is having our first estate Sale in Dominion Valley and it is going to be a great sale. HTG will be selling high end furniture and 1950s style diner booths and decor.

PARKING-we expect customers to be courteous of neighbors. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF NEIGHBOR’S DRIVEWAYS AND MAILBOXES. PLEASE, PAY ATTENTION TO WHERE YOU ARE PARKING.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, no returns, exchanges or refunds. No exceptions. Before purchasing, inspect your items thoroughly and/or plug in to check if working.  All items are sold “AS IS” condition.  

 

Sign up sheet will be available at 7:45 am morning of sale day. You will enter according to our sheet only. 

 

Not responsible for accidents while on property. Always enter and shop at your own risk. 

 

FYI....we will not be answering requests for prices. We are not able to remember exact prices on all the items and it has upset some customers when they come to the sale and it’s not priced as quoted on FB. So we appreciate your understanding with the pricing issue.
