*** DUE TO HOA REGULATIONS WE HAVE MADE THIS A PRIVATE IN HOME PARTY. Please be aware that we are not responsible if you park in a reserved or illegal spot and are ticketed or towed. Please be respectful of the fact that this is a townhome community with residents who need to be able to exit their own driveways, etc. 

There will be no signage leading to the sale, and the house numbers are covered by a bush, so look carefully! There will always be a car in the driveway with signange on it, at least. ***

 

This house will have two consecutive weeks due to the volume in the house!! 

This is a HUGE estate party that we will have over the course of a couple weeks in January.  Most everything is in boxes and we will be pulling new items out every hour of every day our sales are open!  My client had a few kieosk and was a re seller and now looking at selling ALL of his inventory and travel the world.  My suggestion is to keep coming back and coming back as we unpack new treasures!!  Due to the volume of inventory in the house, we may need to restrict the number of buyers in the house at a time. Please come prepared to spend time and some patience at this sale. It is worth it!!
