No checks or electronic forms of payment will be accepted. Please bring help to load large items. Everything is sold as is, where is. All sales are final. No pre-sales prior to sale start time. Please wear a mask and socially distance. A sign up sheet will be available (at the front entrance) the morning of the sale at 7am. Parking is available on the front lawn of the property.
