DMV Estate Sales, LLC operates under the following terms and conditions:

Prefer Cash, but will accept credit/debit, check with ID.
Please bring help to load all items over 25lbs.
All items must be removed by the end of the sale. Surveillance recording will be in place to assist prosecution. We are not responsible for accidents in or around the home. And due to the exclusivity of the neighborhood please be mindful of the the neighbors and please park responsibly. No returns. We don't give prices, or pre-sell prior to any sale.
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
All inventory is offered “as-is,” “where-is” with no warranties.
Enter the sale site at your own risk. DMV Estate Sales, LLC nor the homeowner are responsible for accidents inside or around the property!
We do not have lists or numbers, please line up outside the door. We will let people in based on their spot in line when we open the door.
We collect Virginia sales tax. Percentages collected for taxable purchases vary based on the city the sale is being held in.
Please bring your own packing material and boxes. We may or may not have any.
Please notify a staff member when moving large items of furniture.

  • Please park smart at both sales.  Do not block mailboxes, hydrants, or neighbor’s drives.
