Once in a LIFETIME, Antique Collector Country Estate

Ok folks, not sure how this happened but this is my 2nd ONCE in A LIFETIME sale this year! This house is a antique collectors dream! This house was used for a BIG VA ANTIQUE Collector! Some of the rarest antiques you’ll ever see, yes it’s a far drive for most BUT I can promise you the drive out to the country will be SO worth it! The estate is located in Drakes Branch Va 23937. The sale dates are August 5th Thursday 8am-1pm, August 6th Friday 8am-1pm, August 7th Saturday 8am-2pm and August 8th 8am-1pm. This sale is a MUST, it will be like NOTHING you’ve ever seen. Good Morning Friends! Thursday  is the start of the Once in a LIFETIME Drakes Branch Estate! Here is a reminder of the address and times and a few important notices. PLEASE READ POST ENTIRELY. 

Address: 330 Proctor St Drakes Branch Va  

Dates: Thursday 8/5 8-1pm, Friday 8/6 8-1pm, Saturday 8/7 8-2pm, Sunday 8/8 8-1pm

Things to remember: 

1. Payments accepted, CASH ONLY! There is no internet connection so credit cards and contactless payments are NOT a option. THIS IS A CASH ONLY SALE. 

2. All sales and presales are FINAL SALES. 

3. No earlybirds please. 

4. All items must be removed by the end of the estate sale Sunday(NO EXCEPTIONS)

5.Please no tag switching or stealing (unfortunately I have had quite a bit of this lately) It is a very illegal thing to do. 

6. The estate nor myself are Not responsible for any accidents or injuries, enter estate at your own risk (THIS ONE IS IMPORTANT) this estate is PACKED, The stairs are uneven, and there is stuff in every nook and cranny so be safe and watch where you are walking. The house, the porch and outbuilding is all packed. When digging in outbuilding or outside be mindful of your area. So enter estate at own risk, we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. 

7. No Price Haggling, the price is the price. About 3/4 of the estate is priced. If it isn’t priced bring to me and I’ll give you a price. 

8.Bring a friend, or share with your friends. Help me liquidate this ONCE IN A LIFETIME estate! 

9.All pre-purchases must be picked up by the end of the sale, or you forfeit your monies paid and your items. (DUE TO TIME RESTRICTIONS FINISHING UP THIS ESTATE, THIS IS YOUR REMINDER FOR FOLKS THAT HAVE PREPAID FOR A ITEM) Thank you. 

10. There will be limited help at this sale due to tight corners so come prepared ready to load and move your purchases. Of course if we can we will help but there will be limited help available. 

11. Please bring items to wrap your purchase in, or bags to carry your purchases in. Due to every space being backed I don’t have extra bags,boxes, paper for folks purchases. So come prepared to wrap and bag your purchase. 

12. All large bags brought into the sale will be subject to being inspected. 

13.Thursday all items as marked, Friday 25% off, Saturday 50% off and Sunday 60% off 

14. Due to the pandemic and making sure folks still feel comfortable and the house being SO packed will be allowing 10 folks in at a time to shop. 

15. All presales have officially stopped as of now, there isn’t enough time left to allow me to pull any additional items from the estate. 

16. If you purchased or marked a items sold on presales and have NOT paid, your items will go back on the floor for sale in the estate, will NOT hold for you. 

17. If you just did a prepurchase, you still have to wait in line for pickup. Sorry only 10. folks at a time.

18. Be sure to look for my estate sale signs the estate is a little off the road and can easily be missed so be sure to look for the signs.
