ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Please review your purchases carefully, all items are sold as is and all sales are final. You must take custody of your purchases no later than 6 p.m on the last day of the sale. We will be happy to assist you with loading your purchases at the end of business hours. We offer delivery service in the local area for a nominal fee.

WARNING - We have been working in this house for 5 weeks.  We will never have it all priced by tomorrow at noon. The house and garage are packed. We will get a price for anything your interested in as quickly as possible. We truly want your shopping experience  to be enjoyable so for those with little to no patience I recommend waiting to come until day 2. Thanks in advance for your patience!

Flow Blue, art glass, china, crystal (Waterford), depression glass, jewelry, furs, books, records, clocks, original art, decoys, hunting, fishing, tools, holiday, packed kitchen and garage.  Given the sheer volume of stuff at this estate sale it is unlikely (although we are sure trying) we will get every item priced by Thursday.
