Now that the Estate Sale is over, it's time to empty the house. All furniture that is left is available for sale at 75% off; everything else is FREE! Here's how the schedule for the day will work:
9:00am to 10:00am is for furniture purchases ONLY - CASH ONLY, CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
10:30am to 12:00pm is the giveaway.
If you are interested in buying furniture, you will be allowed in the house at 9am. Once you have completed your purchase, you will be asked to go outside to wait with everyone else for the giveaway time to start. Please note: To be fair to everyone who arrives for the giveaway, you will not be allowed to retrieve any free items during this hour.
