Saturday, May 4th from        10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon
Monday, May 6th from            10:00 A.M. to   5:00 P.M.

Winning bidders will be contacted by email with their invoice and pick-up instructions following the completion of this auction.  Please look for an email at the completion of the auction. All instructions will be in the invoiced email sent out to the winners.  The email will come from Live Oak Auctions.  We usually have invoices sent out close to an hour after the last bid of the auction.

Welcome to this Stylish Fort Worth Mid Century Estate where you will not only find Mid Century and Mid Century Modern Furniture & Decor, but also 1970’s upscale stereo components and cabinet, vintage LP’s of the era, some pop culture and other retro icons reminiscent of the Mid 20th Century.   Add a rather large splash of Southwestern Art, Pottery, and Decor for the interior picture of this stylish estate.  

Mid Century Icons are featured, like the Cold War era Bohemian Green Cut to Clear Footed Glass Bowl in lot 4 and Fenton is here with three pieces, including a rare 4-Cluster Grape Carnival Glass Bowl in Green from early to Mid 20th Century. High bids are expected on the 1959-1960 Saba 200 Electric Hi-Fi Stereo Radio.  If you check prices on the internet for this radio, you’ll understand why.  The bedroom and dining furniture in this auction is Spanish Baroque.  There is a Swag Lamp with Cylindrical Shade and a MCM Lightolier Desk Lamp.  Betty Boop Atomic Shaped Clock and Several Peanuts Memorabilia Pieces represent some of the Mid Century Pop Culture.

On the outside you will find a hothouse full of live plants and outdoor planters, pots, decor, patio furniture and garden benches.  You’ll have the opportunity to bid on all the lawn and garden hand tools, fertilizers, and pesticides you’ll need this Spring to spruce up your own estate grounds.  Even the Rubbermaid Storage Shed is included in lot 270 to store all of your new gear.
