CASH ONLY - NO CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD SALES! This is a privately listed sale that the family members are holding. There is not a 3rd party company managing the sale. All sales are "cash and carry".

This is a private drive / neighborhood association comprised of zero lot line homes. DO NOT park on the street in front of the house and block neighbors' mail boxes and driveways. Please park on McElroy Road and walk down to the third house on the left side of the cove.

Everything is priced to sell!  Most items (other than large items, such as furniture) are priced at $1, $2, $3 or $5.  No reasonable offer will be refused.  Items include:

  • Thomasville oak round / oval kitchen table with leaf and four chairs - excellent condition
  • 6 x 9 Room size rug with pad in perfect condition
  • 1940's mahogany dining room table with leaf, pads, china hutch and four chairs - excellent condition
  • Half round entry hall table - in perfect condition
  • Round skirt table with faux finish top - custom made
  • Several small chests of drawers and one large chest of drawers
  • 1990's baker's rack in perfect condition
  • 1990's Graco portable playpen in very good condition
  • Two tufted back armchairs from the 1940s
  • Two sets of china - one from the 1930s (Johnson Brothers - Made in England) and one from the 1950s - both with serving pieces (platters, creamer / sugar, etc.) both priced to SELL at $20 (1930s)  and $10 (1950s) per set
  • Set of crystal (12 champagne glasses and 12 water/wine) purchased in 1955 from Goldsmith's downtown
  • Several stems of blue crystal purchased from Broadnax Jewelers
  • Numerous kitchen items, canister sets, candles, etc.
  • Child's bed - portable with guard rail, headboard and mattress in excellent condition
