Preview/ Inspection: Friday, September 28 from 8:30am – 5:00pm EDT

Lots start ending on Sunday, September 30 at 2:00pm EDT – soft close – This is an On Line Only Auction – Any item may remain open until all bidding activity has ceased on that item.  As long as bidding activity is dectected, bidding will be extended and will continue until all activity has ceased for the last 2 minutes of the count down clock for any particular item.  It is not uncommon for Lot #1 to still be open as Lot #10 has closed (for example).  Each lot has its own count down clock.  When that clock hits zero, that item will close and be sold.  Once the clock reads “closing”, bidding has ended for that item, you can not bid again on that item.  In order to avoid the clock running out on you, you are welcome to place your maximum bid and let the computer bid for you.  You are the only one that can see your maximum bid!!!

Pick up/Removal:  Pick up will be on Monday and Tuesday, October 1 and 2 from 8:30am – 5:00pm EDT.
