All sales are final, you need to check all items you are buying. No exchanges, returns or refunds.
Sometimes we will have a picture posted and the family might decide they want to keep the item, if you see this happen on mine, just know that's is what has happened.

Please do not call, email or text for PRICING INFORMATION, we do not give out pricing prior to the sale. This just makes it fair for everyone who attends.
You will be able to load from the basement if a purchase is made there, and load from upstairs too.
You buy as is with no guarantee, so be sure it's what you want and you are satisfied with it before you purchase it.
Please, NO FOOD OR DRINK inside the house.
Please, YOU MUST BRING SOMEONE WITH YOU FOR LOADING AND LIFTING, if you plan on buying heavy items.
Please bring boxes, paper, or bags for your items. We will have bags and paper but we might run out. Having been to our sales, you know what I mean.
We are taking CASH only on this sale. Please don't just bring big bills. (Not unless you plan on using all of it.)

We are happy to announce we are holding the Estate Sale of Mrs. A.J. Gettlefinger,  known as "Chickie" and would like to invite all the friends and neighbors they have known over the years, to visit her Estate Sale. 

FYI- We have so many items in this sale, please don't be in a hurry to shop because you are going to miss out on some stuff. It is on 3 levels of house and the prices are going to make you happy. So, you are going to be a Happy Shopper and I want to see big Smiles on all your faces.(I am putting this here to see how many of you read this and mention it to me.)

The sale is in such a big house, be have to have two levels of sale, one in the Basement and one on the main Level. There is an upstairs also, but the check out will be on the main level. The check out for the Basement will be in the Basement. I will post on each of the pictures, the location. This will make it so much easier to know which door you wish to enter. Once inside the house, you will use the stairs, but not be able to use the downstairs  because of the hand rail doesn't go all the way down.  But, this will help you at the start if you're looking for any particular thing.

Those of you who knew Chickie, knew she was into the Stained Glass Hobby. She was also so involved in her Church. There are lots and lots of the Stained Glass materials in the basement and also the Catholic items including books and misc. are available throughout the house.

Some of the items featured are Beautiful vintage Dining Table, long enough to accommodate 10,  matching China Hutch,  another China Hutch, end Recliner's Sofa, two working vintage Large Screen (before the flat screens) TV's, 2 Recliner's, 2 Wing Back Chair's,  several occasional Chair's, portable Wicker Bar w/2 Stools, Entertainment Center, Floor Lamps, Table Lamps, Night Stands, Costume Jewelry, Rosary Beads, bottles of Holy Water, Boxes of Poker Chips, (Canvas Table Pads for the games), King Size Bed (beautiful white padded Pillow Top - looks like new)  Mattress and other Box Springs, Queen size Bed, Baby Bed & Mattress, Play Pen, Chest of Drawers,  Dresser's, Dresser Top w/Mirror,  Bookcase/Desk's, occasional Cabinets, and more.

I have pictured a  Vintage Tea Service Silver Plate Set, in original trunk, made in Germany, absolutely beautiful. It has 24 Spoons, Sugar & Creamer, as you will see in the picture.                     

Large assortment of Ladies Clothing, top brand names. Sizes from XL - 3X. The men's sizes are Large.-XL.and in the Adidas 2X - 4X - XL

We have uncovered boxes of new in box/packages items of all different categories. There are over 40 new with hang tags T Shirts (see picture)  ranging from Disney, Star Wars, Walking Dead, Marvel,  and more  with sizes ranging from 6 boys to XL men's. Found several Adidas Sports Pants, also pictured, sizes from 2 X to 4 X -X long.

Other items are from misc. Kitchen utensils to nail paste on's, there's baseball & football shoe Cleats, OFF outdoor hanging (looks like an outdoor lamp) mosquito protector.There's a small box full of misc.toy Cars. Bean Mashers, and so much of new different stuff, you would just have to look at it to believe it. And it will be scattered throughout the house.

Three Scuba Tanks, pair of Waders, Sled, foam Snowman, Tool Room that you can dig thru, a Coke Display stand, several other commercial Stands, a new Transfer Switch by Kohler, Lawn & Garden Tools, misc. hand Tools and so much more.

There are several concrete figurines and Planters outside, 2 Benches, 2 BIG concrete  Baskets on the front Porch (you'll see in picture), Lawn Furniture, Patio Table,  and there is a vintage Linen Steamer (haven't seen one of them in a very long time).Lots of Luggage, 2 pc. of Metal Luggage, Vintage Paperwork & Post Cards, boxes of Epoch China, Tea Glasses and Stem Ware, Cookware, small Kitchen Appliances, Chest Type Freezer, Hunting Clothing, Treadmill, exercise Bike,and so very much more. 

I have pictured "Bruno" stair Chair Lifts with capacity of 400 lbs. and there are two of them. If you have been shopping for one of these, you know how expensive they are. So, you will want to come and check these out. My understanding is , these are the "Top of the line."

You know when we have a house with this much inside and I try to tell you how much and what, that it's an impossibility to do it. I know I have forgotten half of the stuff, jut trying to remember it. So, I always recommend that you just come and see. I do know the house is full of great bargains, and I hope you don't miss out on them.
