Note: PLEASE bring HELP to load your items. Golden Girls will not be available to help load. All items are sold as is, no refunds or exchanges. Please inspect your items carefully. Golden Girls Estate Sales and Homeowners are not responsible for any damages, injuries, accidents, theft, etc. Enter the property at your own risk and watch closely for caution / direction signs. The house is a two story home and it has step-ups / downs to enter and navigate it. It is not handicap accessible. Please be extremely careful accessing any steps inside and outside the home and watch for uneven steps in the grass, driveway, and sidewalk. Please bring help to load large, heavy items. We are NOT responsible for moving / loading your items. Items must be removed by closing of sale. We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone. Shoplifters will be prosecuted. 24/7 video security is active inside and outside the home.
