PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1) We kindly ask that you do not haggle at our sales. Our team performs extensive research to price items to fair market value. Prices are not negotiable the first day, but there will be discounts over the course of the sale.
2)We will give you sold stickers to place on items you would like to purchase. Please only place sold stickers on items you are buying as you have now removed these items from the sale and the opportunity for other customers to purchase them.
3) Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items are SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test in advance of purchasing the item.
4) Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale. Please bring your own help, we can not move large or heavy items for you.
5) Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police and you will no longer be allowed to shop our sales.
6) Doors will open at the published time, not before.
7). If you pick up an item and decide not to buy, please place the item back where you got it or give to a staff member.
8) If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
9) Please do not bring food or open drinks inside and do not leave your trash with us. Please ask permission before bringing an animal into the house. This is someone's home!
10) We do not presell (unless otherwise stated) or share pricing prior to our estate sales.
11) We do not honor any written sign-up lists. We hand out numbers approximately an hour before the sale starts that you can take to hold your place in line.
12. Doors will open at the published time! We do not let anyone in early and do our best to be fair to all of our customers. We ask that you be understanding and patient.
