* All Sales Final. Items Sold, As Is. Please check item before purchasing. They are Vintage items. Prices set reflect their condition.
* Cash, and can accept Debit and Credit Cards for sales over $40.00.
* Please bring your own muscle to help load heavy items.
* Seller has the right to remove or add items during and before sale.
* You are at your own risk while on property & grounds. We assume no liability for loss or damages to property, vehicles or persons while at the sale.
* Please be respectful of properties and park responsibly.
* Since we rent the location we do not reduce price each day of sale. However, we do consider reasonable offers the last day.
* Packing and boxes are limited.
* All items purchased must be removed from property by 2:00 pm

Downsizing our inventory. As we sell items...we bring more in from our storage location.
