Our next estate sale is here!   Please stop by our sale at 56 Becker Hill Road (this is off Bloomingrove Road). The date is April 25, 26, 27 (Thursday 8:30 am-3pm, Friday 8:30-2pm and sat 8:30 am until closing at noon).

This home used to be a one room school house. Very unique (and yes, the home is sold and the new owner is ready to move in as soon as the sale is over).  Please realize there are no bathroom facilities at this home for use by patrons.  You will understand once you visit that there would be no privacy when utilizing facilities.

Parking may be a bit tricky but we are going to provide parking directions with a staff working out front of the driveway.  We did get permission to use the shop area next to the home for parking.   There are 2 floors packed full (with 2 flights of steps). But, is this sale worth it? Yes indeed it is!

You would have to go to several antique/vintage shops to find just a fraction of the inventory we have in this one house. We do have some nice newer items too.

We have well over 200 photos which you can view on our website www.onlinetradingassistant.com or on estatesales.net.  We will have our Facebook business site @ perfect2perfect also updated with informative links to our sale information.

Some of the pictures will look (somewhat) sloppy and that is because we have to unload and straighten up the day of the sale by moving several thing outside (not enough room in the garage). There are no early sales and no giving out prices. You will just have to come to the sale.

An of course, there will be box lots!  This is not an exhaustive listing, but only a partial listing of the great items we have here for you to purchase.  There will be no pre-sales of any items and we will not answer questions regarding prices.  We are busy preparing for several more large sales and want to continue working on them.  Please realize, we may choose to open earlier than our planned 8:30 opening time to keep parking available close to the sale.  It just depends on the weather and the size of the crowd and parking to decide what time we will open.  It is extremely important to park only in areas that are safe to park in.  There are ditches, banks, and other hazards just off of the road.  Please park so that traffic can get by you once you are parked.   We will have staff attempting to assist patrons with parking instructions.  This home is loaded with items to see so please plan accordingly for your shopping time and delays due to crowd size.

As mentioned earlier, we will have someone to guide you to parking and of course if you are unable to park too far away due to walking you can request to park closer. You will enter from the downstair’s garage/basement. Checkout will be on the side porch and a checkout downstairs too. Discounts will not be given until day two of the sale (not the first day of the sale).  Also, there is a lot of steps to get to the first floor to see what is upstairs in the main part of the home.  If you are not steady on your feet, please do not attempt to go up these steps as they are quite steep both outside and inside the home.  This home will not be handicap accessible!   As always, we try to keep our sale sites as safe as possible.  Please only use the stairs if you are capable of safely using them.   We will have photos posted of the bedroom furniture so that only interested people can go up those stairs since there are no banisters.

We will also have more photos on our website at www.onlinetradingassistant.com upcoming sales page.
