All sales are conducted on the days of sale only- no early sales accept items advertised on craigslist. We accept credit cards, local (PA checks only) with valid drivers license or state id. We also accept cash. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries on or around the sale site. Some areas may not be handicap accessible. Electronics will work when plugged in or we will refund money if returned within 24 hours. All items being sold "As is" are not warranted or guaranteed. Bring your own help to load large items!

Hello everyone! We hope that 2019 is going to be a good year for all of our customers. We know the year is starting off great with a wonderful sale at a home in the Faxon area of Loyalsock. This home is located at 1408 Pennsylvania Avenue and is loaded with lots of great items. We will be selling all the contents and the exterior outdoor items as well! In this sale you get the following wonderful items....
Furniture:
We have a beautiful Lane Recliner that has the rugged durability of Leather and the easy cleaning of Vinyl on its sides and back. We also have a beautiful antique Cherry dresser with Hand dovetailed drawers. It also has Victorian style knobs on the dresser. Another beautiful and aged piece is a primitive pine dry sink which we have for sale. In the master bedroom, we have a very nice set of dresser with mirror, chest-on-chest, and matching night stands done in a depression era, but one of the most beautiful sets we have seen in quite some time. In the Living Room we also have a beautiful set of Hitchcock black and gilded furniture in the form of two end tables and a beautiful desk and chair combination. Then there is a stunning blanket chest or trunk that was hand made in Newberry in 1897 and given to a daughter from her Father and Mother as a gift… It has the history burned right into it! We also have a beautiful floral La-Z-Boy sofa that is available for purchase or make an offer (They are coming back in style again!). We also have two very pretty rocking chairs with floral prints on a black lacquer finish. There is a Cedar Wardrobe Closet as well as other wardrobes and metal storage units. Several entertainment stands, All furniture over $100.00 we will be taking offers on during the sale if you do not want to pay the asking price.
Appliances and other items requiring power:
We have a wonderful treadmill that is just in time for you get started on the New Years Resolution to get in shape. This treadmill is very nice with pulse, and other display information and goes from 0-10MPH. We have several box fans for sale, an Optimus Stereo, Bose Series IV 301 shelf speakers in excellent condition, Samsung 5000 series flat panel TV from 2010 and a smaller Flat Panel TV by Samsung from 2016, a Shop-Vac, Digital Cameras, GPS’s – Garmin and Tomtom, Lamps and Lighting, DVD Player, A juicer, Waffle Maker, Griddle, and more!
Art, Collectibles, and Jewelry:
A Sheridan silverplate punchbowl with cups, sterling weighted Candle stick holders, Silverplate Chafing Dish perfect for entertaining, other Silverplate and Sterling items, Old German Sled Rider tin toy, a few Willow Tree Angels, We have a David Armstrong LE Signed print “Island Rose”. Elizabeth Pepper Limited Edition Print of “Hole Number 12” on “The Dream Course – Augusta” and other framed art as well. We are also going to include a number of Gerald Putt (Famous for Pa Game News) prints for sale. We also have a collection of coins from 1837 pennies to silver dollars and half dollars, We also will have some jewelry and men’s watches.
Geriatric and Handicap needs:
We have a few walkers, wheel chair, canes, shower chairs, crutches, and much more!
Clothing and Luggage:
We have assorted mens and ladies clothing and jackets. We also have some very nice luggage pieces including a Walter Hagen Golf Luggage piece.
Tools and Ladders:
We have an assortment of hand tools as well as some used Sears Craftsman Tool stackable Tool Chests being sold separately, Extension Cords, Garden Tools, Brooms, Rakes, Shovels, Shepherd Hooks, and quite a few ladders, from a 24Ft Aluminum Extension Ladder down to a 3’ Wooden Step Ladder, Costco Ladders, and more!
Outdoors, we have a birdhouse, Wrought iron heart Shaped Flower Pot holder, Hoses, Hose sprinkler nozzles, Weber Gas Grill, A-Frame Swing set, a beautiful wooden porch swing and so much more!
