Although this estate is located in Philadelphia, PA, Area there are alot of items that can be brought back here to Richmond, so my Richmond, VA customers you can BID!! The items marked (R) are the items that can be brought back to Richmond and you can bid on those items, we will schedule a pickup day for you to retrieve those items after June 13^th

AUCTION CLOSES: Thursday - June 11, 2020 starting at 6:00pm EST
Closing in sequence, lots will start closing 2 Lots every 1 minutes. Bidding will auto-extend for 3 minutes if bids are received within the last 3 minutes of the closing time.

PICKUP: Saturday - June 13, 2020 from Time: 10:00am until 4:00pm
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP ON THE SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY, OR THE ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED! All items MUST be picked up by 4:00pm Saturday! No refunds or credits will be issued for items not picked up. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned property.

If you are an out of state bidder...no worries...items can be shipped to you.

If you need furniture shipped, then you must arrange that shipping yourself and adhere to the pickup day scheduled. We can provide a list of shippers for you to contact......
