Payment Instructions: All invoices totals will be tallied and charged to the card on file with Proxibid within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Preview is online only or by appointment. Online bidders who do not inspect the items must understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item online as well as they might inspect an item in person. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Merchant's Wares will endeavor to describe in-detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Merchant's Wares will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as-is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Merchant's Wares endeavors to provide detailed pictures, adequate and accurate descriptions. You may contact us if you have questions about specific items. There is NO live portion of this auction.

Shipping Instructions: In-House Shipping is not available for this auction. We do offer to transport items to the local UPS Store for packaging for a minimum of $15.

Checkout Date & Times: Pick Ups will be scheduled through SignUp Genius on Saturday June 19th, following the end of the auction. We may add alternative times on Friday, June 18th if needed.

Driving Directions: Exact Location will be released to winning bidders after full payment. The Estate is located in Equinunk PA, the driveway is relatively steep but paved - any questions pertaining to Saturday June 19th Pickup should be directed to the Auctioneer

Special Term
If you have questions about pick-ups, specific lots or anything else, please contact us BEFORE bidding. If you wish to pay with a card other that the card on file with Proxibid, you should let us know before the end of the auction to avoid a delay. There will be a $25 fee for charging through any means other than Proxibid. There is no shipping available for this auction. You may arrange to have your agent pick up your winning bids during any of the pickup times listed for each auction. Paid total includes the amount paid for each lot, buyer's premium, applicable tax, handling/box fee and applicable shipping fee and insurance. PA Sales Tax will be charged to each lot of winning bids, unless you have a Sales Tax ID on file with Proxibid or with the auction house.

Bidder agrees that everything is sold as-is and that they may not return any item they purchase. ALL Pick-ups must be made within ONE week of the close of the auction, or holding/storage charges will be incurred, $5 per lot per day after Saturday June 19th. If items are not picked up within one week after the close of the auction, they will be considered abandoned, with no refund to the original bidder.
Special arrangements for certain circumstances may be made with the auctioneer directly, BEFORE the end of the auction. We want you, our bidders, to be happy with your purchases. If you are not sure about an item and want more information, please ask! There are NO returns and NO refunds. We will do our best to provide you with information, and if needed, will announce the additional information in the announcement sections. Fees for items not picked up in a timely manner are $5 per day per item, which will be incurred starting Sunday June 20th, 2021.
