There is no list. Numbers are handed out at 9am the FIRST DAY OF THE SALE ONLY.
Your number will hold your place in line, which means that once you get your number, you can leave the venue and return once the doors open.

We accept cash or credit cards for payment.
All sales are final and must be picked up on the day of the sale unless other arrangements are discussed.
We offer a holding area for you to place your goods while shopping.
We do not allow large bags, boxes or backpacks; no exceptions.

Must arrange your own pickup and delivery by end of sale. We can recommend services.

The Brazee Grant Estate Sale is a charming Tudor full of charming vintage treasures. There are all kinds of wonders awaiting in this estate from iconic pieces to nostalgic keepsakes. From midcentury modern tables and oak furniture, to sofas and chairs, and oriental rugs. The diverse array of fine art and Native American pieces, to the timeless grandfather clock, everything in this home is glowing with fun and quirky items. All kinds of kitchen items including pots and pans, china, glassware, small appliances like malt milkshake makers, and bakeware. Lots of books, magazines, comics, and vinyl records, plus classic boardgames and collectable toys.
