Eclectic mid century Estate Sale  on the 3rd green of Pineway Golf course 30991 Echo Hills Dr. Lebanon. Oregon. Friday and Saturday, April 26-27th, 7:45-5:00. 

House in the family since 1966. Collectors of Frankoma and Jewel tea pottery, quilting and craft books and mid century Broyhill Brasilia Furniture( among many other things)

Highlights:  Monarch ”Trail Sport r Vision 30 foot travel trailer with tip out. Needs a little work…but priced to sell, 2014 GMC Terrain, 78k miles…nice. Also Incredible Josef Svarc etched crystal Thistle pattern server. 

3 bedroom home and garage are full.  A brief overview of the contents follows:

Furniture:  9 pieces of Broyhill Brasilia mid century walnut furniture including: Gentleman's dresser, China Hutch, Round Table with 6 chairs and 3 leaves, Mirrored dresser and server, 3 night stands ,  and a double bed. Also two lamp tables questionable Brasilia. 3 lazyboy  recliners, Lazyboy reclining sectional sofa, lazyboy leather sofa. Cherry chest of drawers, solid oak desk, very small rolltop desk, New oak barrister style bookcase with one leaded glass panel, some small tables and a bit more.

Pottery and Glassware:

About 200 pieces of Frankoma pottery Mostly prairie green, but other colors as well. Mary Dunbar Jewel tea collection nearly 100 pieces. Sets of the following: Stangl thistle 96 pc set, Vernon Kilns : Organdie, 66 pc, Tam ‘o Shanter 10 pc, Homespun, 32 pc. And Gingham 55 pc set. Tiera and Indiana glass, Shawnee and more. Cups and saucers, Steins, Oil lamps, Heisey Orchid pieces, Wall pockets and more

 Books and Collectibles: tons of crafting and quilting books, antique and vintage books of all sorts, Scottish heritage books and linens, Waverly novels 1902 thistle edition, kids books, religious novels, bibles and more. Several quilts, linens and sewing notions, lots of vintage brass pieces from the old Weyerhaeuser Griggs mill : brass and glass oilers, whistle bases, gauges, Brass locks, and Fire nozzles of various sizes.  Costume and sterling jewelry. Collection of Sterling and stone Slave ring/bracelets. Vintage  watches Kinkade Good Shepherd Cottage painting,  antique NOS crosscut saw, and more

Other stuff: Tempur Sealy EASE adjustable single bed, like new, Zinger electric wheelchair, like new, other physically challenged  equipment. Samsung and Visio 60 inch flatscreen tv’s, vintage cool 1960’s 12 piece metal patio set.  Oh the garage has tools, paint hardware and a bunch of guy stuff… old golf and softball equipment and more. So much more than I can list … a great sale to visit. Please be aware that parking is limited and the house has a steep decline from the main road to walk into.  Please do not block the roadway or neighbors driveways. Sale driveway is for merchandise pick-up only.
