Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, credit/debit cards only no checks will be accepted. Please bring help for moving large/heavy items, bring your own boxes, and wrapping. No outside bags, purses, or packs of any kind will be allowed inside the sale.

Welcome to Grason's Estate Sales in beautiful Thompson, Ohio. We are honored to have been chosen to perform the sale for the wonderful family. This sale is a delight for avid and passive readers. The home is filled with many items including a full basement and a plethora of collectibles that represent the profession of a firefighter.

Due to excessive amounts of calls, pricing will not be quoted over the phone and you must come in person for prices. Come and view all of the beautiful items within a beautiful rural neighborhood.

Bringing your own stickers to mark sold will be not be honored as reserving the item. Only Grasons Staff are allowed to mark items as sold. All items that are reserved must be paid for in full. If you try and return an item that was marked sold, then you will not be allowed to make any more purchases that sale day. As always be respectful to the neighbors, the home, and Grasons Co. staff.

The driveway is narrow and will not allow for multiple cars to enter and exit. Please park on the street and walk to the home. If you purchase many or large items, we will coordinate with you a time to safely enter and exit the property.
