I know a lot of things about a lot of things but I can’t know everything about everything so please always use photographs as further description and feel free to ask questions. I do my best to describe items as well as I can and by the information given to me by my sellers.

Always bring your own boxes and packing materials and be prepared to remove your items from the house yourself as movers will not be on site to help you. Bring your own labor.

Please always be mindful of the neighbors and do not block mailboxes, driveways or park in peoples grass. Please make sure when parking on the street that you allow room for cars to get through.
