ENTRY: Entry is based on the order of arrival(i.e. first in line is #1, etc. etc). There will be NO numbers or sign in sheet. This house is small, so we will limited the number of customers entering at one time.

PAYMENT: This is a CASH ONLY sale! Please bring your own packing supplies as you are responsible to wrap your own items.

WARRANTIES: All items are sold AS IS...ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

PARKING: Please do not park in the driveway. The driveway is for staff and the loading/unloading of large items. There is plenty of on street parking for our shoppers. Please be courteous to all the neighbors and their property, and be mindful not to block their driveways.

CHILDREN: All children must be in the company of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for all of their actions since there is too much risk for them to get hurt if left unattended.

LOADING: We will be unable to assist with loading and unloading your items,so please bring help to load all your large purchases. All items must be removed from the home by the end of the sale, or you forfeit the payment for your purchase to the estate.

HOLDING STATION: We will have a very small area for holds while you shop. Once you have an item in the hold area, you MUST purchase every item you have held...NO EXCEPTIONS. We are also not responsible for watching the items in your hold pile.

OFFERS: An offer box will be available at the cashiers table and you are welcome to leave an offer on any item. If that offer is accepted we will contact you. All offers are considered legally binding contracts once accepted.

PRE-SALES: There will be no pre-sales of the items at our sales.

PRICING: We do not disclose pricing before the sale.

Please remember that admittance to our estate sale is at our sole discretion. If you choose to act inappropriately, you will be asked to leave.
