PLEASE NOTE : YOU ENTER THE PARKING AREA FROM  PIKE STREET, BETWEEN 4TH AND 5TH - EASY IN AND OUT -

We are doing our traditional 1/2 price  sale on Monday from 4-7 pm - This is located in a beautifully appointed building on the east side of  downtown Cincinnati. 

Featuring: Lovely antique pieces, single marble top washstand,  Conant Ball sideboard,   bedroom furniture, signed artwork,  barware Vintage sofa and chair, patio furniture, Precor treadmill, bedding and more in this sale with a view. 

The building is being renovated and all residents are in the process of moving.  There is an ample on site parking garage - just steps to the front door, an elevator to the 2nd floor with a freight elevator two doors away.  There is a large court yard for loading in the front of the building only,  please use the parking garage until you are ready to load.  There is also a doorman to direct you to the apartment.  We are including pictures of the exterior to show you entry to the off street parking which is entered on Pike Street between 5th and 4th Street. Please note : you enter the parking area from Pike street - or off street parking around the corner 

As most of the residents have moved there will be easy in and out of this building - we ask that you maintain a safe distance and request that you wear a mask for the safety of our staff and others.

We will limit the number of people entering the apartment and will hand out numbers as we always do.  We ask that you only bring the people you will need to assist with moving items - we do not have available staff to assist with moving so be prepared.  Also - provide your own packing/boxes as we will not be able to provide them.

All sales are final - we accept cash and checks with proper ID
