I would say most items are in good-excellent condition and if I feel that fluctuates up or down I will make note OR post photo. Please remember I am not an expert, just a girl cleaning out her house. PICK UP: Tuesday June 15 10:00 am-12:00 pm AND 4:00-7:00 pm (alternative pick up date WITH NOTICE Saturday June 19 10 am-Noon) If you cannot make these pick up dates/times DO NOT BID on items.
Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and be resold. Credit cards can be used through PAYPAL only. Card Payment MUST be made prior to pickup. I can ONLY ACCEPT CASH at pick up site, small bills/exact change appreciated. At the request of the homeowners, for privacy purposes, only those picking up large/heavy items or furniture will be allowed in the house. All other items/lots will be located in garage for transport to your vehicle.
Large/Heavy items and Furniture: If you win items in these categories, you MUST bring tools and manpower to help you load out. NO ONE IS AVAILABLE ON SITE TO HELP LOAD OUT! Some heavy furniture pieces located in basement. *MASKS REQUIRED FOR ANYONE ENTERING THE HOUSE*
