You are being welcomed into another home to view their items for sale. We are not responsible for any accidents and expect you to be respectful of their home and belongings. You break it you buy it. Please leave children home. Bring help to load heavy or large items. Cash or Charge only. Under NO circumstance do I except checks. All sales are final. Look over items carefully before purchase. Once you pay, it is yours. small area to move around, enter at your own risk. PLEASE do not come and request to use the bathroom. This is not a public place and a public bathroom is not available.

As with all estates please be aware that I do not live there. I do not know the environment of the previous owner. There MAY be allergens present. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any concerns. I will do my best to answer your questions honestly. Wonderful signed and numbered pieces of art from 1800's to present day. Collector plates, irish ornaments, mid century kitchen items and furniture. Ski decor, Ski supplies. Great older tools. Lawn tools and gardening items. Clean fresh table linen sets, older clothes. Bedroom and Office furniture.

If Windham is to far for you I can bring items of request to my home in Ravena. Payment must be made with Venmo or cash upon immediate pick up. Payment and pick up must be within three days.

At sale I have no internet or cell service so all items must be paid for in cash. You may email me or text me a price information request. I will do my best to remember and let you know so you can be prepared. I will give you an estimate idea if I am wrong on price quoted over phone the ticket price is what stands.
