This sprawling 95 acre country estate is just full of fantastic Generational Treasures. 

Just minutes outside the village of Deansboro in the township of Waterville is this late 1700's farm property with many historic undertones.

Room after Room is like a stroll to days gone by.  A fantastic selection of period furniture including Victorian, Eastlake, Primitives, Shaker, Empire and other quality selections that have been uniquely crafted to survive the test of time.You'll find a wide assortment of occasional chairs,  rockers and unique tables, quality period mirrors plus unusual lamps and lighting pieces. Unique parlor chairs, gliders and sofas and a like new power lift chair.

The many distinctive artworks adorn every room. From original oils,  by several well known and renowned local artists like Ada Marie Peck, A Osborne Mayor and Ralph Murray and others. Assorted framed signed prints, needle point samplers, historical framed local maps, silhouettes, antique picture frames and so much more. We have fone estate jewelry including Edwardian period with some precious metal pieces including pocket watches and Comphor glass in 14k..  there's some domestic coins and even a civil war $5 note. Also some vintage clothing and apparel. 

There's a fantastic collection of local ephemera including historic books, photography, post card and photo albums, a huge library featuring a wide assortment of historical pieces, some first editions, many reference books, there's local subject matter and a large number of rare vintage children's selections. Handmade quilts and materials, hobby room with furniture and sewing tables and a quilting sewing machine, 3 M Transparency maker, two looms and accessories, sewing boxes, cabinets and related materials. Art and hobby supplies. There's quality wooden office furniture,  with an assortment of file cabinets and other accessories. A variety of antique shipping trunks, old luggage and a large assortment of unique book shelves. Old wooden boxes and fine basketry. Local militaria is well represented here.

We've uncovered many vintage toys and games that have survived the years. Early cast vehicles and wind ups, a big selection of early Fisher Price toys, metal toys by Tonka, Buddy L, Tootsie Toy, Budgie and Metal Masters and a  vintage painted toy box. Plus we've found some very early baseball bats.

Cut glass and fine crystal including Waterford, colored glass, antique bottles and fine chinaware. Sterling hollowware, Kitchenwares that include small appliances, quality cookware by Le Creuset, Revereware, vintage dinnerware by Hall and Haviland, Lenox Montclair plus fine stemware. 

Hunting and camping gear and apparel,  a beautiful kept Thompson Center black powder percussion cap rifle with extra barrel, 50 cal., all kinds of shot and black powder, gun cleaning supplies, vintage ammo boxes and tins. Riffle and spotting scopes, assorted pocket knifes, vintage duck calls. Early wood duck decoys plus other metal and paper targets,  Katadyn Swiss Made water purification systems, a rare vintage Lionel trains and accessories,  snow shoes and much more. 

Quality fishing gear including antique Windsor bamboo fly rod, Orvis rod and reel, HI Mohawk and custom made rod by S. Payne of Utica Horton "Luckie" telescoping rod, along with some other quality reels and antique lures.

A three stall garage home to an impressive wood working shop full of quality power tools including table saw, joiner, plainer, band saw by Delta, Skil, Craftsman, Rigid and more plus a workshop vacuum system. Camping gear including early Coleman stoves and lanters and other accessories.  A large assortment of quality handheld power tools, clamps, hardwares and a variety of metal and wood cabinets and rolling tool chest. Like new electric scooter and stand alone Air conditioners. 

Not done yet.  There's a pole barn full of rusty gold items, petroliana and other collectibles. Theres an early copper weather vein, Brush Hog Squealer, lawn and garden implements, hand tools, garden carts, ladders, local signage and cabinets, an Iron cauldron with stand. Ross 4130 mountain trail bike.  Bosch EV charging station. Barn siding boards plus original oak flooring.Craftsman lawn sweeper, seeder and we're, tow and tire chains, primitive cabinets still discovering..
