With respect for our clients, their homes, and their pocketbook, we do not allow usage of their bathrooms.
Also, with respect for our clients, we cannot guarantee all items advertised will be available on the day of the sale. Clients often have a change of heart, or a relative makes a claim. We do our best to protect ourselves against this, but ultimately we are working in someone's home with their belongings.
We are very easy to deal with, but sometimes our good nature gets tested.
Please be respectful and come with a smile!

The house is small and packed. We EXPECT everyone to be on their best behavior. If you are first on line, then you are first in. Whatever list you made while waiting, we do not recognize. No pushing or pulling a Laurel and Hardy trying to get through the door. We do not have time to sort out your disputes.
We are now in full swing and processing multiple homes for early 2019. This late 1950s split level had one owner and is filled with great goodies dating from the late 1950s to the 1980s. An immaculate home that has much to offer from great costume jewelry to Mid Century modern furniture to carved formal mahogany furniture to ephemera...Stay tuned for more photos and details regarding this and our other sales. We've just finished the attic - tons of board games, posters, vintage clothing, hats, handmade crochet blankets, old school text books, vinyl...and we've yet to find a landing place for it all!
