Terms of Sale:
- Payments Accepted: Cash, Checks Credit Cards and Venmo.
- All Items sold in “As-Is, Where-Is” Condition. All Sales Final - No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges
- Seller does not provide delivery. Buyers must bring help to move heavy items.
- Bringing boxes and paper is recommended.
- We will be collecting sales tax. If you are a reseller, you must complete a New York State Form 120 Resale Certificate (Forms available at sale).
Covid 19:
- We will be limiting the number of people in the house to maintain social distancing.
- Masks must be worn at all times when in the house.
- When entering the house, you will be required to sign-in for contact tracing purposes and use hand sanitizer.
- Anyone refusing to comply with Covid-19 requirements will be denied entry to the sale.
